    Approximately 35mm long feeding from the leaf of a grapefruit tree. Covered in 2 rows of fleshy black spikes with a pale blue spot at the base of spike. Brown-coloured body was covered in orange, cream and pale blue spots.

    Approximately 10mm long with a triangular-shaped abdomen. Darker brown stripe down its middle Found on a Lemon-scented Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) amongst the new and spent flowers.

    Physical Description

    Brown wings with broad yellow stripe diagonally across each forewing. Each forewing has one large and one small eyespot (blue in middle of each eyespot). Each hind wing has one eyespot each (red outside, black, then blue in middle).
