Discover the wildlife visiting or living in Ecolinc's beautiful indigenous wetland/grassland habitat at Bacchus Marsh in Victoria. The wetland is a constructed stormwater wetland developed for improving the quality of rainfall runoff entering the nearby Werribee river. It is 10 years old and consists of more than 65 native species including aquatic plants, grasses, herbs, shrubs and trees. An endangered amphibian the Growling grass frog has been heard calling in the wetland since 2007.
