    Yes, it is listed as rare on the DSE Advisory List but not under the FFG Act. It's rarity is presumably due to limited distribution. I expected it to be in the Flora of Melbourne, but it isn't. The other two Tetratheca species in this book are said to flower August-December, but the Shire of Yarra Ranges website lists its flowering period as July-January, in which case these plants are flowering just a couple of weeks early (like many other things seem to be).
