    Physical Description

Three painted frogs called solidly for four to five nights then not a single call heard since. This is the first time these frogs have been observed or heard after twelve years at this property. A couple of frogs noted mating and a large floating egg mass found on pond and 100s of tadpoles developed thereafter. The frog in the image was about 50mm long.

Hi Ken. I hope all is swell with you and the frogs are calling in sunny MELB at the moment. I loaded a sound file of the call with this sighting. I loaded it as an mp3 file which I'd converted from an amr file but it didn't seem to work. Any suggestions? Regards Dan
