Using Simpson & Day Birds of Australia, 1984, this looks to me like a female Common Bronzewing pigeon. The Bowerbird Identification gives the Common bronzewing as Phaps elegans elegans. But Simson & Day give it as Phaps chalcoptera, P elegans being the Brush bronzewing. I've checked other bird guides (Pizzey, the museum Field guide app) and they agree. Guidance please.

Hi Peter -- It appears that the common names have been mixed between these two scientific species names. Great image!
